Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Products can not be returned or refunded once the order is placed.
Damaged Orders
If you receive a book that has been damaged during transit, please use the contact form to submit your refund request, listing the reasoning in the “company name” section.
Missing Orders
If your order does not arrive on time, please allow 24-48 hours before submitting your refund request. Oftentimes, packages that show as delivered arrive a day or two later.
If your order still has not arrived, please follow the instructions above to request a refund or replacement copy.
You have 72 hours past an item’s projected delivery date to initiate a refund/replacement. Proof of damage, including photos of the item and its packaging, is required.
